We are looking for a skilled Rust Developer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with hands-on experience building on the Solana blockchain to join our growing Web3 engineering team. As a Rust Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying smart contracts (Solana programs) and integrating them into our decentralized applications (dApps). You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and blockchain architects to build secure and scalable blockchain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and on-chain programs on the Solana blockchain using Rust
- Collaborate with product and protocol teams to translate business requirements into reliable, auditable on-chain logic.
- Write comprehensive tests and participate in security reviews and audits.
- Optimize programs for compute unit efficiency and transaction throughput.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal developer tooling.
- Stay current with the Solana ecosystem, protocol upgrades, and emerging standards.
Profile
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying programs on Solana (mainnet deployments preferred).
- Solid understanding of the Solana account model, PDAs, CPIs, and transaction lifecycle
- Familiarity with the Anchor framework.
- Strong grasp of cryptographic primitives, key management, and blockchain security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts: Stablecoins, wallets, transactions, token standards (SPL), and DeFi protocols.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
