About Rural Outreach Clinic Program (ROC): is a mobile clinic program that provides free medical examinations for children who have limited or no access to health services in rural underserved communities of Vietnam since 2007. Since the clinics are already scheduled, VCF takes the opportunity to check for adult hypertension and diabetes.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
The ROC Program Coordinator supports the Program Manager and participates in all stages of the program, including proposal preparation, implementation planning, case management, and reporting. This position requires effective communication with local government authorities, partners, doctors, and hospitals. Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is mandatory. In addition, the Coordinator will contribute to fundraising activities and events related to the program, as assigned by the supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 - Support and provide updates to the ROC Manager on biannual and annual reports to donors, PACCOM, HUFO, and provincial authorities.
7 - Follow up on ROC's CHD waiting list with support from Heartbeat Vietnam (HBVN).
8 - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager of ROC.
