About the Role

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping the architecture and direction of a complex, high-load logistics platform. You'll work directly with a distributed international team, influence technical decisions, and drive engineering excellence.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails 5+
• Solid understanding of database theory and experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Proven experience working with large monoliths and microservices
• Passion for clean code, testing, and delivering high-quality software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team
• Intermediate English or higher to work with International colleagues 100%.
