Job Title:Ruby On Rails Developer (Senior/Lead)
Project Domain: E-commerce (Australia)
Type of work: Full-time/ Hybrid
Working Time: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and share best practices with junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, RESTful APIs, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Solid experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Stimulus/React is a plus).
- Good knowledge of software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks like RSpec).
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with E-commerce platforms or payment integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
