Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
- Act as a bridge between business units and the Automation CoE to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business objectives
- Engage with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements and understand pain points
- Analyze as-is processes and design to-be processes with a focus on simplification and standardization
- Document functional specifications and process definitions for automation solutions
- Identify and assess processes suitable for automation based on complexity, business value, and compliance
- Prepare business cases highlighting quantitative and qualitative benefits such as time savings, error reduction, and improved data quality
- Collaborate with DevOps and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions and validate feasibility
- Support user acceptance testing by creating test scenarios and coordinating with operational teams during rollout
- Maintain demand pipeline, update stakeholders on progress, and ensure compliance with Automation CoE standards and Agile methodologies
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to management.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience of RPA tools and Intelligent Automation frameworks, process automation (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflow mapping, and wireframe design
- Familiarity with ERP processes and systems
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps teams
- Ability to calculate automation benefits and build effort estimates
- Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- You have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
