As a Robotics Engineer (VLA) at Motoniq, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing robotic systems and motion intelligence solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include programming robotic applications, analyzing and refining control algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve process automation. This is a full-time remote position offering the opportunity to work in an innovative and mission-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation to design and enhance robotic solutions
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and improvement of system performance
• Experience with Software Development for programming robotic systems and AI solutions
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
• Background in AI/ML applications and experience with motion-capture systems is a plus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
