About The Role
What if your daily routine — making breakfast, tidying up, navigating your home — could directly teach the next generation of robots how to exist in the world We're looking for Robot Operators to capture real-world video data that helps AI systems learn from human behavior.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to virtually anyone with a smartphone and a space to record. No technical background, robotics knowledge, or prior AI experience required — just a willingness to follow simple guidelines and show up consistently.

What You'll Do
- Record yourself performing everyday tasks on video — cooking, cleaning, organizing, navigating spaces, and more
- Follow clear, step-by-step recording guides that tell you exactly what to capture and how
- Ensure footage is clear, well-lit, and captures the full sequence of each task
- Submit recordings and complete brief task descriptions after each session
- Participate in recurring recording sessions as new training tasks become available
Who You Are
- Access to a smartphone or video camera capable of recording clear footage
- A home or workspace where you can comfortably record everyday activities
- Comfortable being on camera while performing routine tasks
- Able to follow simple recording guidelines consistently and accurately
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical, robotics, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with video recording or content creation
- Comfortable performing a wide variety of household or workplace tasks on camera
- Interest in AI, robotics, or emerging technology
