JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor product trends in the gift and souvenir markets across the US and UK.
- Analyze market demand, evaluate product potential, and identify new product opportunities.
Material Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Source and evaluate material suppliers and prototype manufacturers (both domestic and international).
- Compare product quality, pricing, and production capabilities, and recommend suitable suppliers.
Prototype Development
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop product prototypes from initial brief to final sample.
- Monitor project timelines, inspect sample quality, and provide feedback for adjustments and improvements.
Product Catalog Management
- Maintain and update the product catalog, including technical specifications, materials, and cost pricing.
- Ensure complete and organized product documentation for internal departments.
- Track and evaluate product performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Merchandiser or Product R&D within the gift, handicraft, or printing & packaging industries.
- Strong understanding of physical product development, including packaging, promotional gifts, handicrafts, or printing technologies (offset, UV, DTG, sublimation).
- Familiarity with the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to final prototype.
Skills
- Strong market intelligence and research skills, with the ability to collect, synthesize, and analyze market data.
- Good communication and negotiation skills when working with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Good English proficiency (TOEIC 650+ preferred).

Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:30: Work at the office
- Saturday 8:00 - 12:00: Work remotely in the morning
