Fundiin is a pioneering Fintech company in the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) space in Vietnam, providing customers with flexible, safe, and convenient payment solutions. As we expand and optimize our credit portfolio, we are looking for a Credit Portfolio Specialist to contribute directly to building and improving the company's risk management effectiveness.
Accountabilities- Process and analyze portfolio data to track performance, early signals, and portfolio quality trends.
- Monitor key indicators such as approval rates and delinquency rates; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective solutions.
- Use internal data and alternative data sources to support credit approval, risk management, limit management, and portfolio quality monitoring.
- Analyze and report the effectiveness of current risk policies; contribute to designing, testing, and validating new policy experiments.
- Review and assess the performance of credit scoring and risk models.
- Support the development of income estimation models and customer offer strategies for existing users.
- Prepare portfolio reports, insights, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Qualification & Experiences- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- From 2 years of experience in credit portfolio management, MIS, or risk analytics within banking, fintech, or consumer lending.
- Understanding of core risk concepts and metrics (FPD, DPD30+, Roll Rate, Vintage curves, etc.).
- Preferably has experience in analyzing and using data from CIC/PCB/FCBV.
- Strong analytical and data-processing skills; proficient in querying, building reports, and creating dashboards.
