II. YOUR CORE MISSION:
To participate in building, implementing, and operating the Enterprise Risk Governance framework across Phu Thai Holdings Group and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks to ensure safe, compliant, and highly efficient business operations.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operational Risk Identification & Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on business processes across the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Develop and maintain the Operational Risk Map tailored to key business functions: Sales, Finance, Investment, Legal, HR, and Project Operations.
- Analyze root causes (Root Cause Analysis) and evaluate potential impacts of identified risks on the Group's strategic objectives.
2. Risk Management Framework Enhancement
- Contribute to the development and alignment of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework with international standards (such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000).
- Propose practical risk control/mitigation measures and track the implementation of corrective action plans.
- Standardize internal workflows and operational processes to minimize potential operational failures.
3. Monitoring, Reporting & Early Warning
- Track and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) systematically.
- Prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc operational risk reports for the Department Head and the Board of Directors.
- Deliver early warnings and prompt alerts on critical, high-impact risks to relevant business units.
4. Compliance & Internal Control Collaboration
- Partner with Internal Control, Legal, Finance, HR, and IT departments to ensure absolute alignment with Group policies.
- Participate in investigating and resolving operational incidents, process violations, or fraud cases if they arise.
5. Building Risk Culture
- Deliver internal training and communications to foster a proactive risk-aware culture within all departments.
- Support business units in embedding risk-based thinking into their daily operations.
IV. REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Risk Management, Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Ti thiu 3–5 years of solid experience in Operational Risk, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Compliance, or GRC.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with a background in major listed corporations, multi-industry groups, commercial banks, or Big 4 Auditing Firms (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ORM, RCSA, KRI, COSO ERM, and ISO 31000.
- Certifications: Professional credentials such as CRMA, CIA, or CPA are a strong competitive advantage.
- Key Skills: Exceptional analytical, logical thinking, and structured reporting skills; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments under high pressure.
