Manage and operate a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework, proactively identifying, measuring, and mitigating threats to safeguard corporate value and ensure the sustainable achievement of business objectives.
Build and foster a strong compliance culture, ensuring all business activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, thereby minimizing legal risks and enhancing the organization's reputation.
1.Strategy Planning and Development
- Develop and shape risk management and compliance strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Establish and maintain a robust Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, and risk assessment tools.
- Conduct strategic risk assessments, scenario analysis, and forecasting to identify potential risks impacting business operations.
2.Operations and Monitoring
- Directly manage and coordinate company-wide activities related to risk identification, measurement, analysis, and mitigation.
- Monitor compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, ensuring operational processes are properly executed.
- Lead internal compliance audits and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to promptly address and rectify any deficiencies.
3.Communication and Capability Building
- Design and implement regular training programs to enhance risk management awareness and capabilities across the organization.
- Advise and support departments in managing risk and compliance, acting as an internal subject-matter expert.
- Promote a proactive risk management and compliance culture throughout the organization.
4.Reporting and Analysis
- Consolidate and prepare in-depth risk and compliance reports for submission to the Board of Management and the Board of Directors.
- Analyze risk trends and the effectiveness of control measures, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics/Mathematics, or Law.
- Language Proficiency: English Level B or equivalent.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of international risk management frameworks such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
- In-depth understanding of legal regulations, industry standards, and compliance-related matters.
- Experience: More than 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to train and develop teams.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly when working with senior management.
