Job Responsibilities
. Business Continuity Management:
o Propose & assist line manager to lead the program elements within entity's name, facilitating the development of BCP, facilitating test, quality assurance (Current State Assessment) and periodical reporting as required by the Global and Group Business Continuity Management (BCM) policy and standard.
o Disseminate and enforce PVA Business Impact Analysis (BIA), BCP, Pandemic Plan methodology and good practices to department BCM coordinators.
o Review and complete BIA, BCP, Pandemic Plan created by department BCM coordinators
o Coordinate Call tree updates and testing on annual basis.
o Coordinate with IT BCM coordinator to ensure the DR Plan established in Prudential Vietnam (PVA) can meet business areas requirements that the applications/ infrastructures are available and executable.
o Test and Exercises Planning: Coordinate with internal/ external coordinators and test participants to facilitate the testing/exercise Consolidate feedback and reporting of test and exercises results, monitor subsequent resolution of corrective action plans, and report to country management and regional BCM coordinator.
o Crisis Management Planning: Maintain the Crisis Management dedicated facilities (command center) Situation Report and Post Crisis Review Conduct CMP annual training for All Exco Members.
o Assist line manager in terms of Risk & Control self-assessment, Issue & Incident Management and follow up mitigation actions with departments in charge for risk & controls related BCM area.
o Participate in preparing mandatory PVA BCM reports to certify management's compliance in respect of their adherence to the GGM's requirements as applicable and exceptions.
o Proactively look for better ways to improve the effectiveness of the BCM activities
o Conduct regular BCM awareness activities (training, quiz) for Business Continuity Coordinator and stakeholder.
. Quality Assurance for Operations:
o Support the Quality Assurance team in managing activities as per the Operating Manual
o Assist in ensuring business decisions comply with established processes and regulatory standards
o Support in maintaining process compliance with internal and external quality benchmarks.
o Contribute to setting in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications to align with industry best practices.
. Risk Management:
o Aid in identifying potential risks and contribute to the development of preventive strategies.
o Utilize data analysis to ensure report integrity and accuracy.
o Engage in training initiatives, educating staff on quality standards and practices.
o Apply data analysis techniques to review quality reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports.
o Work with business owners to help establish and maintain quality systems and guidelines
Other tasks to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any).
Job Requirements:
. Experiences:
o Mandatory: At least 3-5 years experience in the insurance industry with medical-related experience
. Knowledge and skill set:
o Mandatory:
English skills: able to read, write, and speak fluently.
Microsoft office: word, excel, PowerPoint
Good communication skills and Problems solving skills - Advantage: Medical and/or Life Insurance (Excellent technical skills) Job attributes: Team work - Detailed-oriented - Time management Organized
