Execute radio network planning, design, and optimization tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Participate in new site configuration, integration, and service verification to ensure seamless network deployment and performance compliance.
Monitor network and service performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions. Generate technical reports to document findings and recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., RAN, transmission, CN) to resolve technical issues and optimize network quality.
Bachelors degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study
More than 3 years of working experience as mobile system architecture such as 3G/4G/5G network topology, network element
Has knowledge and strong experience on radio interface, protocols and signaling, system parameters in at least one technology (NR, LTE, UMTS)
Proficiency in radio network planning/optimization tools (e.g., Huawei U-NET, Atoll).
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance improvement.
Able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin
Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, ML is a plus
Ability to Travel as needed
