About Our Company:
Japfa has been present in Vietnam since 1996 through a joint venture with the Vietnam Livestock Corporation. In 1999, Japfa became a 100% foreign-invested enterprise under the name Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd. Currently, the company operates 8 feed mills, over 1,600 poultry and swine farms, with a network of 20 retail outlets distributing Japfa Best brand fresh meat and processed food products.
1. Main Duties:
a. Reward Design:
Design and update job architecture, job leveling, and grading framework.
Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
Maintain job catalogue and job architecture database
b. Benefits Management & Welfare Programs:
Design, review, and update benefit programs (insurance, allowances, meal, housing, leave, welfare)
Benchmark benefits against industry trends and internal needs
c. Reward Communication & Stakeholder Support:
Create communication materials for salary structure, bonus guidelines, and TR policies
Support to train on TR processes
d. HR Policies, Compliance:
Develop and maintain TR-related policies, SOPs, and guidelines
e. Other jobs assigned by Total reward Sr. Manager, Head of HR&GA
2. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in C&B, total reward roles.
Manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-site operations is a strong advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.
