At gbc engineers, we're expanding our Engineering Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we're looking for BIM Engineers who are specialized in Revit to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.
We specialize in structural design, BIM modeling, and project management for industrial, commercial, and residential developments across Europe. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using market leading BIM Software, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural models into overall project designs.
- Create and detail 2D/3D models and drawings of structural components such as reinforced concrete (cast in situ and precast concrete), and steel structures.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards, industry codes, and quality requirements.
- Perform clash detection and provide BIM-related insights to enhance design quality.
- Support the development and improvement of BIM standards and workflows across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience as a BIM Engineer.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Good understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Team player with proactive can-do attitude, curious, and learning-oriented mindset.
