Solux is an international company specialized in autonomous solar lighting solutions for urban, road and infrastructure projects worldwide.

We are looking for a structured and business-oriented profile to support the company's international growth through:

• inbound opportunity management and conversion,

• sales pipeline and CRM optimization,

• sales process improvement and automation,

• coordination with international sales teams.

The role combines operational execution and strategic structuring within a fast-growing international environment.

Profile:

• 3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Development or B2B/SaaS environments

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented

• Comfortable with digital tools and AI

• English required, French is a strong advantage
