Job Overview

bTaskee is looking for a Retention & Growth Specialist who can independently drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and service frequency on the platform.

In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to optimize the customer lifecycle, leverage behavioral insights, and implement growth initiatives that improve long-term customer value.

This position is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, who is comfortable working with data and capable of managing initiatives with a high level of ownership.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Manage and continuously improve the customer lifecycle across key stages including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build and maintain meaningful customer segments using analytical approaches such as RFM, Cohort Analysis, and behavioral clustering to support marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze key lifecycle metrics such as retention rate, repeat booking frequency, and churn signals to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Performance teams to translate customer insights into actionable campaigns, product improvements, and service strategies.

2. Growth Initiatives & Optimization

  • Design and optimize automated lifecycle programs such as onboarding journeys, cross-sell campaigns, and win-back flows using CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Identify and implement initiatives that increase service usage frequency through subscriptions, service bundles, and targeted promotions.
  • Plan and execute experiments (A/B testing) to improve messaging effectiveness, customer engagement, and retention outcomes.
  • Monitor promotion and incentive programs to ensure healthy ROI and sustainable growth.

Qualifications and Skills

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing
  • Experience working with high-frequency digital platforms such as E-commerce, Super Apps, Marketplaces, or Fintech
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and common analytics models such as Cohort Analysis, RFM, and CLV
  • Hands-on experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g., Insider, Braze, CleverTap, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data insights into actionable initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously
  • Have a personal laptop

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in product-led or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools or BI dashboards
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
