Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Trainer to be responsible for providing professional product knowledge, sales skills, and service standards training to sales personnel for Anker Innovations brands (Anker, Soundcore, Eufy) in the Vietnamese market. You will ensure the retail team is equipped to effectively promote and sell our products, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Job Responsibility:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials focusing on the features, functions, competitive advantages, and sales techniques for Anker Innovations brands (Anker, Soundcore, Eufy) products.
- Conduct regular on-site and remote training sessions for retail sales staff on product updates, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continuously optimize training content and methodologies based on market needs and sales performance data.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify training needs and ensure training content aligns with sales strategies and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain training tools, including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive exercises.
- Motivate retail staff to enhance their product enthusiasm and sales confidence.
- Submit regular training reports, summarizing training achievements and suggesting improvements.
