STORE MANAGER
CHAUTFIFTH CO., LTD
1. WORK INFORMATION
• Working hours: Full-time, flexible according to store operations
• Work location:
◦ 90% at stores (Ho Chi Minh City)
◦ 10% at office: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
• Travel: Periodic trips to Hanoi, Da Nang, and provinces with new stores
• Days off: 4 days/month (flexible according to operations)
• Annual leave: 12 days/year as per regulations
• Probation period: 2 months (85% of salary)
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire store chain's operations, ensuring customer experience, business performance, and consistent enforcement of brand standards.
2.1. Operations & Store Standards
• Ensure all stores operate smoothly, cleanly, and in line with brand standards
• Oversee product display, VM, and store layout according to guidelines
• Establish and maintain store operating SOPs
2.2. Sales & Business Performance
• Directly responsible for sales targets across the entire chain
• Track key metrics: revenue, conversion rate, UPT, AOV, etc.
• Propose and implement in-store sales-driving activities
2.3. Store Staff Management
• Recruit sales staff (full-time / part-time)
• Arrange work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for operations
• Conduct regular training & coaching on:
◦ Sales skills
◦ Customer service
◦ Operating procedures
• Evaluate staff performance and enforce discipline
2.4. Customer Experience
• Ensure customer service standards are applied consistently
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Enhance the in-store shopping experience
2.5. Merchandise & Inventory Control
• Conduct periodic and surprise stock checks
• Control stock in / out / on-hand, minimizing losses
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure sufficient stock
2.6. Financial & Payment Control
• Reconcile revenue and expenses, ensuring absolute accuracy
• Oversee payment processes (cash, POS, bank transfer, etc.)
• Detect and resolve any discrepancies
2.7. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on:
◦ Sales
◦ Staffing
◦ Operational issues
• Provide insights and improvement recommendations
2.8. Expansion & System Improvement
• Participate in new store setup
• Propose improvements to chain operating procedures
• Build a scalable operating system
3. REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in:
◦ Store / retail chain management
◦ Fashion, lifestyle, or F&B retail preferred
• Experience managing teams of 5-20 people
• Understanding of retail operations: POS, inventory, shift scheduling, sales KPIs
• Skills:
◦ Leadership & coaching
◦ Fast problem-solving
◦ Work organization and control
• Honest, disciplined, able to work under high pressure
• Willing to travel between stores

• Target completion rate by store
• Operational quality (store audits)
• Inventory discrepancy / loss rate
• Customer service quality (feedback / reviews)
