Role Description:
We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Scent Advisor to join our boutique team. As the face of Forward Perfume, the Scent Advisor will guide clients through a personalized fragrance journey, offering expertise, storytelling, and exceptional service. This role requires a passion for niche perfumery, a refined sense of luxury service, and the ability to create memorable client experiences that foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and brand knowledge.
- Conduct personalized fragrance consultations, guiding clients in discovering scents that match their personality, mood, and lifestyle.
- Share the brand's story and fragrance inspirations to create an emotional connection with clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining a client-first approach.Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, clienteling, and loyalty initiatives.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and maintaining boutique presentation standards.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches, and exclusive client experiences.
- Stay updated on fragrance trends, product knowledge.

- Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance is highly desirable.
- Strong passion for niche perfumery, storytelling, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Polished appearance and refined sense of luxury service.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English & Vietnamese
- Multilingual skills are a plus, reflecting the international nature of our clientele.
