Role Responsibilities

• Search for, approach, and develop new customers who are electrical stores in the Da Nang area.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing Legrand customers.
• Implement Legrand's sales programs, policies, and promotional activities with customers.
• Support retail distributors in expanding their customer network.
• Drive growth and performance of retail distributors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to promptly support customer needs.

Role Requirements

• High school diploma or college degree, preferably in electrical-related fields.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
• 13 years of experience in a similar retail sales or distributor management role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible.
• Experience in supporting and managing distributors.
• Proactive, sociable, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
