Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Regional Retail Operations Manager (South) at NORBREEZE COLLECTIVE ASIA. The primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing retail operations across the northern region, ensuring stores meet performance goals, and optimizing business processes. The role involves supporting store managers, ensuring consistency in customer service, implementing operational strategies, and analyzing business data to drive decision-making. Maintaining store standards, meeting sales targets, and fostering a high-performance culture are key components of this position.

• Proficiency in business software and tools relevant to retail operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; familiarity with local languages is an advantage.
