Role Overview
The RKAM supports Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing and growing major retail accounts, primarily in Northern Vietnam, including Viettel Store and Hoang Ha Mobile.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams (GTM, Retail, Trade, Marketing) and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities, monitor store performance, and maintain excellent customer experience.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
1.Marketing Cooperation (Coop MKT)
- Collaborate with GTM team on budget allocation by model.
- Develop detailed ATL/BTL plans based on Xiaomi's strategy and partner concepts.
- Share briefs and KPIs with partner teams (Marketing/Media/Digital/Trade) and coordinate deployment.
- Review and approve all content (KV, text, sales schemes) and resources before launch.
- Approve plans and track execution.
2.Store Coverage & New Launch
- Align with GTM, Retail, and partners on store lists, colors, layouts, and deployment timelines.
- Coordinate model investments for new stores, submit on system, and track PO deployment.
3.Rental Fee Management (Table + PG)
- Align annual rental fees with partners and obtain Xiaomi approval.
- Calculate and process monthly payments.
4.In-store Investment & Visual Merchandising
- Plan annual store investment with MBW coverage based on Xiaomi targets.
- Negotiate layout and space investments (photo frames, graphic columns, demo tables, etc.) with partners.
- Coordinate with store development and partner retail teams on construction schedules.
5.Promotions & Campaigns (Sell-out)
- Monthly Promotions: Align with GTM, follow and adapt partners monthly promotion concepts.
- Weekly Promotions: Review SO/DOS, competitor campaigns, evaluate RGM proposals, propose promotions to GTM, submit on system, and deploy to partners.
- Update schemes to RGM/RRM teams and monitor partner deployment (website, random in-store checks).
- Manage partner and Xiaomi campaigns: monthly campaigns, online campaigns, sponsorships, VIP programs, defining rules, schemes, and budgets.
6.FSM Incentives
- Collaborate with KAM & GTM to assess product lifecycle (running, EOL, high stock) and implement FSM incentives with partners.
- Review competitor FSM incentives and coordinate with KAMs to maximize Xiaomi FSM benefits.
- Submit and update system records; inform RGM and Retail teams.
7.Price Gap Resolution
- Address pricing gaps across different channels.
8.Sell-out/Sell-thru/FSM Rebate Approval
- Review and confirm all sell-out, sell-thru, and FSM incentive rebates.
9.Forecasting
- Prepare FCST Budget M+1 and FCST SO/ST M+3.
10.Sell-thru Deals & Stock Management
- Manage one-time sell-thru deals with Xiaomi, partners, and FD.
- Review DOS by model/region and coordinate stock transfers with partners and RGM to optimize inventory.
- Monitor EOL model stock and coordinate 2B deals.
11.Stock Loading & PO Management
- Monitor FD/Xiaomi stock and ensure timely PO loading each Monday.
- Track sell-thru commercial POs, delivery, and ensure FD delivers products to stores.
- Update PO files and submit to Retail for rental fee budget preparation.
12.Reporting
- Send daily SO reports to RGM/GTM/Retail teams and maintain updated sales data.
13.After-sales Support
- Coordinate with After-sales team to handle customer complaints efficiently.
14.Product Specifications
- Work with Trainer team to provide information and complete specifications for new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related fields.
- Familiarity and established relationships with key accounts in Northern Vietnam, particularly Viettel Store & Hoang Ha Mobile.
- Experience working with retail and marketing partners is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel or business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- English and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
