Summary
The Innovation Project Analyst drives the data-led lifecycle of retail innovation initiatives. In this role, you are responsible for analyzing business and operational data to discover process gaps, collaborating with teams to design practical solutions, and tracking project results to measure total business impact.

- An operations or supply chain professional who possesses strong data manipulation skills.
Main Responsibilities
1. Data Exploration and Problem Diagnosis
- Extract and analyze performance data from core business systems to identify operational inefficiencies and process gaps.
- Translate complex data sets into clear problem statements to help the team understand where efficiency is being lost.
- Establish and document baseline data for every initiative before any changes are implemented.
2. Solution Co-Development
- Partner actively with cross-functional retail teams to brainstorm and design practical solutions based on data insights.
- Run business simulations and simple cost-benefit analyses to validate whether proposed process changes are viable.
- Assist in translating agreed solutions into actionable project plans and updated standard operating procedures.
3. Project Tracking and Impact Evaluation
- Monitor project performance data continuously after a new process or solution is launched.
- Conduct comprehensive comparison analyses between baseline data and post-implementation results to measure total impact.
- Prepare impact assessment reports and visual dashboards to demonstrate project success and performance trends to senior leadership.
4. Support other operational activities and projects within the Retail Department as assigned by line management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Two years of professional experience in an analytical or project-tracking role.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Data tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI.
- Experience building clear tracking reports or visual dashboards using Power BI or Excel.
- Experience working within retail chains, pharmacy chains, or supply chain is highly preferred.
- Resilience and speed to adapt to a fast-paced retail business environment.
