Job Description

  • Support the Center Director in managing and operating business groups in the daily operations of the center
  • Organize and implement business plans to ensure compliance with the assigned plan of the center
  • Manage customers and ensure quality standards Customer service according to bank regulations
  • Participate in developing products and policies for individual customers to improve the quality of bank services, ensuring competition in the market
  • Guide, support and train staff in the center
  • Perform reports and other tasks assigned by the Center Director

Job Requirement

  • University degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Commerce or related fields
  • At least 04 years of experience in the field of retail banking business
  • Good management and relationship building skills
  • Dynamic, sensitive to the market
  • Proactive and able to withstand high pressure at work
