Job Description

  • Project Delivery & Execution
  • Fully deliver following project timeline commitment.
  • Follow zone's guideline combines with local insight.
  • Zone visit: well prepared & execution.
  • Good feedback from internal Business Units (BUs) & Zone (Zone General Managers - GMs, Brand, Retail Design & Visual Merchandising - RDVM).
  • Budget & Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management
  • Effective investment by prioritizing key projects and optimize Visual Merchandising (VM) cost, finding qualified suppliers in Vietnam to optimize import tax cost.
  • 100% following compliance in managing Purchase Orders (PO) & CAPEX, good feedback from Business Controllers.
  • Project cost tracking as alignment with BUs.
  • Proposal for pre-Budget & budget, align with BUs for Fiscal Year (FY) plan & monthly/quarterly update.
  • Visual Merchandising (VM) & Production Quality Upgrade
  • Review of quality and capability of current suppliers to feedback to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), BUs and Purchasing.
  • Onboarding new supplier matching luxury's demand.
  • Retail Traffic & Shopper Experience Optimization
  • Increase traffic in stores on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Apply shopper insight to VM and store merchandizing, actively consult BUs via:
    • Understand brand strategy (target consumers, retail strategy, portfolio strategy).
    • Understand shopper behavior: observation, Beauty Advisors (BA) feedback, CMO & Chief Growth Officer (CGO)s guidance.
  • Store Maintenance & Brand Image Audit
  • Weekly store check with report by check list to CMO.
  • Quarterly propose plan for store touch up if needed to CMO, BUs.
II. People & Collaboration Responsibilities

  • Zone Way of Working (WoW) & Alignment
  • Mastering Zone's guideline per brand, always update latest Planogram (POG).
  • Communication: learn & understand technical terms in English, clear communication to zone & BUs.
  • Zone RDVM Training/ meeting: fully pay attention, active listen & clarify to apply in daily work.
  • Internal Collaboration & Team Management
  • Propose & get approve for lead time of project by type, align/actively consult CMO/BUs on RDVM topics.
  • Closely monitor and support juniors to implement RDVM projects.
  • Understand corporate WoW: who do what, process, etc.
  • VM team people management: supporting, tracking & balance workload.
  • 100% VM projects need to have proper brief and alignment timing + budget with brand.
  • Key Qualifications, Background & Experience
  • Detail oriented.
  • Beauty obsession.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good at relationship building (internal and external).
  • Strong RDVM technical knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, project management, work with complexity.
  • Understand RDVM supply landscape in Vietnam.
  • At least 2 years experience in the same position in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Beauty company is a plus.
