Roles And Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks related to store openings/renovations: BPM approval, store code creation, SSM update
- Support MOU and contract reviews in collaboration with legal, and manage follow-ups through to completion.
- Monthly payroll settlement for own retail staff.
- Project implementation and maintenance at retail stores: NPS, Endless Aisle, RFID, REPS, Bins, ThinkTime, GROW, etc.
- Support communication with Global Store Operations by providing feedback on behalf of retail stores and RBO.
- Support for store-related vendor tendering.
- Budgeting and control of OPEX for own retail stores with a focus on cost-saving.
- Approval of store requests regarding store supplies, including consumable goods (color ink/toner, stationery, staff uniforms, etc.) under certain threshold.
- Maintenance of store lists and store vendor contact lists.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience in Retail Operations with a global brand.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
