Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi for a Restaurant Manager for our Allday Dining Outlet. Responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining quality standards in both food and service. Main work activities include:

Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees absence.

Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.

Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example

Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws

Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person

Oversees the financial aspects of the department including purchasing and payment of invoices

Qualifications

• Strong experience in restaurant management, including operations, team leadership, and staff scheduling.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and reporting skills for budget adherence.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu planning, and collaboration with culinary teams.
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (both verbal and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Outlet Manager
