Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage staff hiring and training, and maintain high standards of service and food quality. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working on staff scheduling and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Hiring and employee management practices
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively lead the team and interact with customers
  • Experience and knowledge in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in restaurant management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is beneficial
  • Proficiency in the Vietnamese language is
