About the Role

The Restaurant & Bar Marketing Manager leads strategic marketing and communications for all dining venues, bars, in-room dining, and banqueting/weddings. The role focuses on strengthening visibility, reputation, and revenue performance through storytelling, digital engagement, and partnerships. This position ensures each venue reflects the resort's luxury identity while driving the resort's culinary positioning locally, regionally, and internationally.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for restaurants, bars, lounges, and events
  • Align venue brand stories with resort identity and InterContinental standards
  • Translate business objectives into creative, measurable marketing actions

Campaigns, Activations & Content Creation

  • Plan and execute 360 campaigns, seasonal offers, menu launches, collaborations, mixology features, and festive activations
  • Oversee creative direction and production of photography, videography, and design assets
  • Collaborate with chefs, mixologists, and F&B managers
  • Manage menu concepting and design, proofreading and approving all content
  • Ensure consistent tone, storytelling, and visual quality

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan social media content across all dining outlets
  • Execute paid campaigns focused on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and bookings
  • Ensure listings (websites, TableCheck, Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs) are accurate and optimised
  • Monitor and advise on guest comments and reviews
  • Use analytics to track and adjust performance

Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with beverage partners and luxury brands
  • Contribute to press materials, stories, and pitches
  • Support hosted media and influencer visits

Commercial Focus & Market Insights

  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals and outlet performance
  • Develop promotional initiatives for Danang residents and visitors
  • Analyse campaign results, trends, feedback, and competitors
  • Support menu engineering and pricing strategies

Guest Experience & On-Property Presence

  • Develop storytelling and train frontline staff with relevant teams
  • Develop and monitor F&B guest activities (Beach BBQ, cooking classes, wine tastings)
  • Ensure menus, signage, digital screens, and printed collateral reflect brand consistency
  • Partner with operations and design on ambience and visuals

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Liaise between Marketing and the R&B department
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Operations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
  • 35 years experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle marketing
  • Proven success in driving restaurant and bar visibility
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and influencer ecosystems
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Vietnamese) and strong English writing/proofreading
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva/Photoshop, and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CMS)
  • Aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and passion for gastronomy and design
  • Creative, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Dynamic, collaborative, proactive, with balanced creativity and analytical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Deep appreciation for culinary artistry, mixology, and luxury guest experiences
