NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAE:UM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAE:UM, our private dining space, iii) GU:UM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers for the outlets above.
Requirements:
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with a potential for future leadership roles
- Versatile team player and trained in handling guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery
- Trained in high service quality and standards
- Experience in managing restaurant inventories (beverage, glassware, etc)
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and payment systems
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English. Chinese or Korean language fluency a bonus.
- Other skills: report-writing, professional communication via e-mails and in-person
- previous Assistant Manager / Junior Supervisor role in reputable hotel or fine-dining establishments, at least 2 years
- At least 4 years of total Front of House experience in F&B
- Wine knowledge a plus, WSET 2 or higher
