The Opportunity:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in District 1, Saigon. The Assistant Manager will greet and seat guests, follow manager's directions, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting in training, coordinating with the kitchen team, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams and first and foremost ensuring a smooth guest experience. Additional responsibilities involve promoting sales and maintaining a welcoming, clean, healthy environment for guests

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing reservations and hosting at large venues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge and experience in food & beverage services (preferably French bistro style)
• Proven ability in sales and upselling techniques
• Previous experience in hospitality or F&B is necessary unless fresh out of hospitality, F&B or culinary school
• Adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in training
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in French and Vietnamese is a plus
