Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Manager based in Dong Nai Province (Binh Phuoc). The Resort Manager will oversee daily operations, including property management, budgeting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and managing staff, maintaining property standards, addressing guest concerns promptly, and ensuring the overall experience meets both guest and organizational expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Proven expertise in Property Management to oversee resort facilities and operations effectively
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Proficiency in Hiring and managing teams, with a focus on training and team development
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to property and staff management
• Previous experience in hospitality or resort management is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
