Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Manager, located in Dong Nai (Binh Phuoc). The Resort Manager will oversee the daily operations and management of the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction and a seamless experience for all visitors. Responsibilities include managing property operations, supervising staff, handling budgeting, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The Resort Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting team members as needed.

• Proven experience in Customer Service and a commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction
• Strong expertise and knowledge in Property Management
• Experience in Budgeting
• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a skilled team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and cater to client needs
• Previous experience in the hospitality or resort industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
