Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive based in Hanoi. The Reservations Executive will handle customer bookings, manage client communication, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional service throughout the reservation process. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date reservation records, processing inquiries efficiently, and collaborating with other teams to guarantee seamless service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing Reservations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales and related customer interaction skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with reservation systems or hospitality software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
