Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ph Quc for a Reservations Agent. Responsibilities include handling reservations for guests via phone, email, or online platforms; providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction; assisting with inquiries related to room availability, pricing, and hotel facilities; and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. The Reservations Agent will contribute to maintaining Rixos Hotels standard of attentive, personalized service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Reservations management
- Strong background in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and administrative tasks
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a guest-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
