- Handle room reservations via phone, email and online channels
- Input and update booking details accurately in the system
- Provide hotel information and support guests with reservation inquiries
- Coordinate with Front Office and related departments for guest requests
- Support upselling opportunities to maximize room revenue

- Good English skills, especially in handling emails, calls and guest inquiries
- Experience in Reservations / Front Office / Hospitality is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
