Responsible for multi-project management of all sizes, analyze and resolve research issues, track project progress and report periodically to director.
Supervise and in charge of training of team members.
Improve and develop new methodologies, stay updated with latest development in research tools and techniques.
Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget.
Consult BOM on business development strategy.
Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree and above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related field.
Data mining, mapping and business analytics.
Working knowledge of database and information extraction preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, quantitative, and project management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and high technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software programs.
Excellent English and/or Japanese skills.
