We are seeking a Research Associate with hands-on experience in cell culture, molecular techniques and data analysis to support advanced in vitro models for translational research.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, maintain, and optimize mammalian cell cultures, including primary cells and established cell lines.
- Design and perform molecular biology experiments, including cloning, nucleic acid extraction, and RNA/DNA sample preparation for sequencing applications.
- Conduct basic DNA/RNA sequencing data analysis and support interpretation of experimental results.
- Maintain ELN records and follow SOPs and biosafety standards.
- Collaborate with project leads on study design, experimental planning, timeline management, and data interpretation.
- Support internal reports, presentations, and external publications or regulatory documentation.
- Interface with vendors and evaluate new microfluidic platforms or reagents.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field, with hands-on experience in cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Strong aseptic technique and experience with human-derived samples preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
- Exposure to bioinformatics or DNA/RNA-based data analsysis approaches is a plus.
