Research Assistant

The Advanced Energy Storage Lab (AES Lab) at VinUniversity is seeking highly motivated Research Assistants (Master's/Bachelor's degree holders).

Our group focuses on cutting-edge research in energy storage materials, electrochemical systems, and the upcycling of spent lithium-ion batteries.

## What Will You Do

Successful candidates will contribute to the following research areas:

- Development of electrode materials for next-generation batteries, including:

- Alkaline-ion batteries

- Multivalent-ion batteries

- Metal–air batteries

- Metal–sulfur batteries

- Materials development for high-energy hybrid supercapacitors

- Research on solid-state electrolytes and interfaces/interphases for:

* Alkaline-metal batteries

* Anode-less solid-state batteries

* Metal–sulfur batteries

* Metal–air batteries

- Upcycling of spent lithium-ion batteries

## Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related disciplines.

- Hands-on laboratory experience.

- Candidates with experience in batteries, supercapacitors, or energy storage systems are highly preferred.

- Strong teamwork, research aptitude, scientific writing, and communication skills.
