JOB DESCRIPTION
Unifying and performing the research and development activities of liquid product, which includes developments of formulation, food ingredients, and new technologies.
1. Execute assigned tasks with exhibiting expertise in liquid product:
- Carry out responsible themes of liquid product development for recipe and collaborate with related departments in compliance with product development procedure, related procedures and SOPs/ Guidelines.
- Study advanced technology by referring academic materials and acquiring technology transfer from Ajinomoto Group and utilizing supplier's resource and then conduct test to introduce to daily tasks.
2. Coordinate the works of others in the liquid product development section to complete assigned jobs.
3. Collaborate and coordinate with other teams:
- Coordinate relevant information to unify strategies related to liquid product development of responsible themes for new products and existing products: expand concept and analyze market survey with Marketing, develop formulation as product concept, conduct technical tests and product quality standardization with QA.
- Prepare documents and reports as required to show expected results.
- Exchange information with other teams and accumulate technology for R&D.
4. Guide and support junior team members and provide them with on-the-job training, execute the supporting tasks of Department as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or other related fields.
- Good command in English (4 skills).
- At least 2 years of working experience in Food Research & Development.
- Proficient in recipe development is a plus.
- Have good logical thinking, a proactive learning attitude, and good cooperation.
