Research and Development Hardware Engineer

We are looking for multiple R&D Hardware positions (Technician / Engineer / Senior / Supervisor) to join our Washing Machine and Refrigerator R&D team. Candidates will work on circuit design, electrical design, testing, and improvement activities depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities (assigned based on level and specialization)

1. Circuit Hardware

- Design schematic circuits and support PCB development.

- Understand electronic components and circuit principles.

- Support EMC evaluation and noise prevention.

- Conduct testing, collect and analyze data.

- Prepare circuit-related technical documents for Washing Machine.

2. Electrical Hardware

- Design harness and lead-wire units.

- Understand motor, power cord/plug, and sensor (temperature, vibration) operation.

- Use NX or similar design tools.

- Support EMC routing improvement (power/signal lines, ferrite core).

- Conduct electrical testing and evaluation.

3. Work on other tasks as assigned

4. For Senior/Supervisor (additional duties)

- Review designs and provide technical guidance.

- Solve complex hardware issues.

- (Supervisor) Manage small team and ensure project quality/timing.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- College & above graduated

- Good English at communication and understanding documents. Japanese is a big plus

- Careful, hard-working, have continuous improvement mindset and willing to work in Hng Yn

Experience requirements will depend on the corresponding level listed below:

For Technician

- Basic electrical knowledge; no experience required.

For Engineer

- About 1 year experience in circuit or electrical hardware design.

- Familiar with PCB tools (Circuit) or NX (Electrical).

For Senior Engineer

- About 3 years hardware design experience.

- Strong knowledge of EMC and hardware troubleshooting.

For Supervisor

- About 5 years circuit hardware experience.

- Strong EMC expertise and team/project leadership skills.
