JOB DESCRIPTION

• Research, improve, and develop new products in alignment with the Company's R&D strategy.
• Optimize product formulations and manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Conduct laboratory tests, evaluate experimental results, and analyze research data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product commercialization and production implementation.
• Monitor emerging technologies, raw material trends, and industry developments, and propose innovative improvement solutions.
• Prepare research reports and maintain related technical documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or other related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; the ability to read and understand technical documents in English is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for business when required.
