In the Electronics business division, you will help shape the future of e-mobility with us.
As part of a strong ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE team, you will sustainably promote the efficiency and effectiveness of global development projects worldwide.
In a global environment, you evaluate, coordinate, and implement optimizations in technical development within the system, software, or hardware domains along the V-model.
You lead interdisciplinary project teams to further develop processes, methods, and tools for product development.
You work closely with globally operating business partners to analyze, apply, and implement our approaches.
You analyze and solve complex problems and professionally communicate your results up to top management level.
Your Qualifications
Your Qualifications
Excellent diploma or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in development projects within the automotive sector.
Analytical and structured thinking, strong communication skills, and excellent understanding of processes and methods.
Good English skills, willingness to travel (approx. 10%).

Process & Methodology
Solid understanding of development processes: V-Model, Agile, HELLA processes
Familiarity with quality standards and compliance: Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety ISO26262, Cyber Security ISO/SAE 21434
Basic experience in change and configuration management
Basic experience in Risk management and impact analysis skills
Requirement Engineering
Strong skills in customer communication and stakeholder management
Expertise in eliciting and clarifying customer requirements (ASPICE SYS.1)
Ability to write clear, complete, and testable system requirements
Proficient in requirements analysis and refinement (ASPICE SYS.2)
Knowledge of traceability management: linking requirements to architecture, design, and test
Experience in verification and validation planning based on requirements
Tools & Technologies
Hands-on experience with requirement management and architecture tools: DOORS Next Generation Rhapsody
Basic scripting or automation skills for requirement checks or tool integration
Soft Skills & Mindset
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Willingness to challenge unclear or conflicting requirements
Proactive mindset: autonomous work ethic and team collaboration
Creativity and openness to new ideas and trends, especially in the automotive context
