Main duties:
- Report review: word checking, data comparison; reconcile number, English - Vietnamese version comparison.
- Formatting Financial report, printing, photo and binding document
- Print report: formatting, editing, printing/photo and binding the report.
- Resend master file for audit after printing report for back up purpose.
- Color printing: proposal, introductory slides, and other materials.
- Photo and binding internal training materials, training for clients, workshops, conferences,...
- Instructions on use of machines such as photocopy machine, scanner, color printer, document binding machine.
- Copier, scan and colour printing: monitor the number of copies monthly, call technician when problems occur such as blur, jam, ink out ...
- Report machine: regular cleaning
- Assist with courier task; include doing courier expense upon request.
- Perform other tasks as required by the BOM
Requires:
- Proficiency in office software and basic English communication skills.
- Hardworking, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrates self-discipline, independence, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure, including during long working hours and overtime when needed.
- Strong communication skills; dynamic, flexible, and energetic approach to work.
