KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Stock Replenishment & Allocation:
- Monitor inventory levels and track sales performance across B2C channels (online, offline stores,and marketplaces).
- Develop and execute replenishment plans based on demand forecasts, sales trends, andseasonality.
- Allocate & continuously rebalance inventory across online, retail stores, and marketplace channelsbased on actual sales performance and business priorities to optimize sell-through and reduce stockimbalances.
- Ensure timely stock availability to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Partner closely with E-commerce, Retail, and Commercial teams to align on demand drivers, stockpreparation for campaigns and promotions.
2.Inventory Optimization
- Analyze stock aging and inventory health across channels.
- Identify risks of stock-outs or overstock due to improper demand planning/ supply planning or dailyoperation and take proactive actions to improve and prevent.
- Drive stock balance across stores and distribution centers.
3.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and report key KPIs: stock availability, days of inventory, rate of near expired date stock.
- Provide actionable insights to improve replenishment and allocation efficiency.
- Support demand planning with data inputs and trend analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in planning roles. Experience in replenishment,allocation, or inventory planning in retail/e-commerce is a plus.
- Experience managing multi-channel B2C distribution (online + offline retail)is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical & Excel skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- English: Conversational level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
