(Remote, VIetnam) UX/UI Desginer (with Graphic Design exp, Fluent English)

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with graphic design expertise for a full-time hybrid position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces while ensuring an optimal user experience. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes, designing prototypes, and iterating based on user feedback. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, will be essential for delivering world-class digital experiences.

• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong graphic design skills, including mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to collaborate with multicultural teams
• Attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to design for both functionality and visual appeal
• Experience working on hybrid models, ensuring flexibility and productivity in both in-office and remote environments
• Experience with front-end frameworks or basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
