III. Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of 10 office staff, ensuring tasks are
executed efficiently and with high quality. Provide guidance, set priorities, and conduct
performance evaluations.
Office Process Design: Design, implement, and optimize office processes to improve efficiency
and meet business needs. Continuously assess and adjust workflows for optimal productivity.
Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal communication, coordinating
between teams, and ensuring smooth information flow across departments. Fluent
communication in both Vietnamese and English is required.
Reports & Planning: Create and maintain reports, schedules, and plans related to office
activities. Ensure deadlines are met, and relevant data is collected and reported to upper
management.
Payment & Financial Process Understanding: Assist with payment processing and manage the
associated administrative tasks. Ensure timely and accurate financial procedures and
transactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to
ensure that office-related activities and processes align with broader organizational goals and
needs.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other
departments as required, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and
preparing presentations or documentation.
IV. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ members effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude. Capable of working independently and under pressure.
Solid understanding of office processes, including financial and payment procedures.
Experience with planning, reporting, and adjusting workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments.
