Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Business Development
- Execute annual business strategies and targets; monitor market changes to expand revenue and business scale.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; identify needs and deliver diversified and comprehensive financial solutions, including corporate loan, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and hedging products, to enhance profitability and client engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and departments to drive crossselling and crossborder business opportunities, strengthening overall business growth.
2. Credit Planning & Risk Management
- Identify credit risks in proposals, design appropriate credit structures, and recommend effective risk mitigation and control measures.
- Monitor clients operational and financial conditions to ensure sound post-lending management and prevent potential credit issues. Adjust credit strategies when necessary based on client performance.
- Coach Assistant RMs by reviewing the credit proposals and workflow to ensure case quality and timely progress.
3. Internal Control, Audit & Compliance
- Oversee internal control processes, market and client risk management, and regulatory compliance within the business unit. Ensure adherence to the bank's internal policies and external regulatory standards .
4. Others
- Perform other duties or assignments as designated by the bank.
Job Requirements
- University degree or above, business related majors are preferred
- More than five years with relevant working experience in banking is preferred
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to maintain strategic partnership relationships with high value clients and group clients.
- Industry Insight: Strong capability in analyzing industry trends and global market developments, offering strategic development and financial planning recommendations.
- Credit Analysis: Proficiency in structuring credit facilities for cross border and complex cases.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify emerging risks early and propose strategic mitigation solutions.
- Product Expertise: Capability to design comprehensive and diversified financial solutions aligned with clients business strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate and integrate resources across departments, overseas branches, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities
