We are partnering with a leading global reinsurance broker to expand their Asia team. This is a unique opportunity for a General Insurance / Reinsurance Broking specialist with deep knowledge of the Vietnamese market.
We are open to professionals across levels—from Broker / Senior Broker through to Country Head—who are looking to make an impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Location: Malaysia (We're looking for a person who's keen to relocate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and client engagement in the Vietnamese market
- Advise clients on reinsurance solutions, including Facultative & Treaty placements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and brokers across the region
- Collaborate with senior management on growth strategy and market expansion across other countries in Asia
Requirements:
- Strong experience in General Insurance and/or Reinsurance Broking in Vietnam
- Proven track record in Producing & Placing
- Strategic mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Fluent Vietnamese
